I’m beginning to develop the theory that Geoffrey Moore’s “Crossing The Chasm,” isn’t this:

But that it is this:

It’s just a brand new game on the other side. Meaning, it’s not a do-over, a repeat, but it’s completely new rules. And it’s not the buyers who are changing, but the maturity of your own business that needs to change. Nothing from before the Chasm applies to the next stage. And I’m not talking about being “inside the tornado.” I’m talking about growing up.
